I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, right in front of the station, making it very convenient for travelers like myself. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had a fantastic view of the surrounding city. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory and met my expectations.

The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the train station, bus terminal, and has some great restaurants nearby. the onsen was refreshing with decent bathroom facilities, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was a decent combination of Western and Japanese options. the rooms were generally spacious and clean, offering some fantastic views of the surrounding city.

The price of the room was a bit high compared to the available space.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. the hot springs were also a nice touch and a great way to relax. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had.

The hotel lacked basic amenities. There was only one elevator for a large number of floors, making for long wait times.

Spent my Xmas holidays at a hotel in Hokkaido and had a great experience! The location was really convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station, bus terminal and restaurants. The hotel also had indoor and outdoor hot springs, which were perfect to relax in after a day of exploring. The buffet breakfast offered a good mix of Japanese and western dishes and the mountain views from the room were stunning.

That there was only one elevator for such a big building, so there was often a wait. The room was also quite small for the price, but I suppose being in such a prime location, it's understandable.
